About Us

EXEP Consulting Inc is a small company trying to make a big difference.  We specialize in stakeholder engagement and facilitation to create agency and give voice to people who may not otherwise be heard.  We support strategic planning and evaluation because it’s important to have a plan for the future and to learn from and respect our past.   We offer change management, project management and knowledge translation expertise because good plans need to be implemented if they are to become great actions.

Our Core Values

Utilizing an agency model ensures that all consultants who work with EXEP are able to embrace and uphold these core values. It means that we only take on projects that we are eager to execute. We have chosen to work specifically with non-profit and development organizations to provide quality service to organizations who are actively improving the world. And we have fun doing it!
